Job Description
A Team Manager for Compliance Specialists in the Regulatory Compliance Team will lead a working group to manage certifying and market analysis for European and LATAM/Africa branches, delivering assistance and backing it with internal and outward submission queries.
Main Responsibilities
Team leading for coordination, process, and monitoring license responsibilities for established and new e-gaming marketplaces
Regular communication with company authorities to confirm various approvals to ensure that the company meets regulatory standards
Hold up to date on regulatory developments in and outside the company and develop the most suitable practices in compliance management
Assist with maintaining a library of regulatory standards logbooks and keeping accurate and up-to-date records for licenses held by the company
Prepare relevant reports and summaries to ensure timely information delivery to all parties involved, including senior management, heads of department, and external regulatory entities as appropriate
Work closely and collaboratively with the Heads of Regulatory and Technical Compliance, the CLO, and key stakeholders (internal and external) to pinpoint areas of improvement within business practices concerning compliance standards
Qualifications
A minimum of 10 years in the same or another industry performing similar tasks
Knowledge of various gambling developments
Minimum high school education
Fluent in written and spoken the English language to a high average or more
Spoken and written in the Spanish language is considered a plus
Adequate grade of computer mastery
Proper knowledge of spreadsheets and project administration
Excellent analytical talents and concentration to project fragments and additional details
